Bio
Richard has over 15 years of experience in R&D, along with teaching and management roles in academia (Swansea, Karlsruhe, Complutense, ORC Southampton, and Cardiff) and in industry (AWE, SPI Lasers, and CTT). He is a Chartered Physicist of the Institute of Physics.
